How can Plan Management Partners support me?
At Plan Management Partners, we can support you in bringing your NDIS plan to life. We can manage your NDIS funds (‘plan management’) and we can support you in finding the right service providers for you (‘support coordination’).
As we know all the ins and outs of the scheme, we can also help you with getting ready for your NDIS plan. This can be your first one or subsequent plans.
How to access our services
Accessing Plan Management Partners’ services is pretty easy. There are just two things to provide us with:
- A completed and signed Customer Service Agreement (Please note that you need to check the budget details in your NDIS plan to fill in the table on page 4)
- A copy of your NDIS plan, either scanned or photographed.
You can submit your signed Customer Service Agreement and a copy of your NDIS plan by sending them to email@example.com.
As soon as we have successfully processed your information, you’ll receive a confirmation email that confirms your funded supports.
What is plan management?
Plan management leaves the task of managing your NDIS funds to an organisation who acts on your behalf.
At Plan Management Partners, we look after all the administrative chores that come with an NDIS plan – paying your invoices, claiming from the NDIS and keeping financial records.
Our team of plan managers have a deep understanding of financial management and the NDIS, and are ready to help you get the best value out of your NDIS funding.

What is support coordination?
In addition to plan management, Plan Management Partners also offer support coordination.
Through our extensive and growing network of providers, we’ll help you to find the right providers for your specific situation and goals, and help you to set up service agreements with them.

How much does it cost?
Both plan management and support coordination can be funded by the NDIS - meaning there’s no cost to you. To take advantage of this, be sure to have requested plan management (under the category ‘Improved Life Choices’) in your planning meeting. And talk to one of our staff to improve your chances of being funded for support coordination.
