Control your NDIS budgets with our Dashboards

Control your NDIS budgets with our Dashboards

4 October 2018

Plan Partners is pleased to introduce its new powerful customer Dashboard, which makes it easy for our customers to keep an eye on their NDIS budgets and more.

The online tool is a one-stop-shop for NDIS participants, giving them access to important information about their NDIS budgets, invoices and service providers - all from an easy to navigate hub.

After logging in to the Dashboard, customers can:

  • Keep track of their budgets in an easy-to-understand format, using our tracker graph
  • Check how much they’ve spent and see what money they have left in each category
  • Manage the details of their service providers and provide feedback about their services
  • Track the status of their invoices
  • Contact our team and monitor the status of their enquiry

Plan Partners’ CEO, Sean Dempsey, says the dashboards are an important tool for people at any stage of their NDIS journey.

“At Plan Partners, one of our biggest goals is to help our customers bring their NDIS plans to life. Now, with the introduction of our new customer dashboard, we have a powerful tool to help us achieve that important goal."

“Staying on top of your NDIS budget and knowing exactly what you can spend can be a difficult job, so we really wanted to remove that stress by giving people a clear and visual summary of how they’re tracking across all of their categories and how much money they have remaining. It’s been great to hear from customers just how helpful they’re finding the new tool, and I look forward to introducing our version of the dashboard for service providers later this month.”
