Plan Specialist

"The fantastic and warm people at Plan Partners and the rewarding work we do for our customers and service providers is what motivates me every day."

What is your role with Plan Partners?

My role as a Plan Specialist is to review invoices from service providers and help resolve any issues, and make sure I help customers utilise their NDIS plans in the best way they can. I really enjoy knowing I play a big part in being responsible for our customers to have as smooth a journey as possible throughout their NDIS plan.

What did you do before Plan Partners?

I worked as an NDIS Finance Officer for a Service Provider in Far North Queensland, and before that I worked as a Customer Advisor and analyst at NAB.

What has been your favourite Plan Partners moment?

Too many moments to have a favourite! I think all round, it has been to see this incredibly special business grow, and keep on growing, and being proud to be a part of it!

What drives you?

Mostly being part of a business that keep evolving, adjusting and growing with NDIS, to make a difference for our customers! I love how every team here – whether in the office or working from home in these trying times – will help each other out to help make sure our customers have the best support possible on their NDIS journey. The fantastic and warm people at Plan Partners and the rewarding work we do for our customers and service providers is what motivates me every day.

What advice would you give someone starting their NDIS journey?

Do your research, so you are prepared at your Planning meeting. Think about all your goals and what you want to achieve so they are supported by the NDIS to get the most funding that will really help make a difference to your life. If you aren’t sure where to start, there are plenty of resources available on our Plan Partners website in all aspects of the NDIS, and our friendly team are always available to help!
