Some of the changes we’ve made include…
- Live Chat: we’ve brought our popular Live Chat feature to the Dashboard. So now you’ll get instant responses to all your invoicing questions from a member of our team, directly from your Dashboard.
- Invoice templates: save time by creating templates of frequently used invoices and avoid having to manually enter key details every time.
- Improved Invoices: invoices are now much clearer and simpler to understand at a glance, with colour coded statuses, dates and more.
- Edit your invoices: realised you’ve made an error on an invoice you just submitted? We’ve now added a small window in which you can edit them after submission, so you don’t need redo the whole thing.
- Easier navigation: we’ve made some cosmetic changes to make the Dashboard easier to navigate, like putting the latest news and NDIS announcements on the homepage.
