That's why we’re spreading the word about our Live Chat service, where the average response time is now under 30 seconds! 

We’ve also extended our Live Chat opening hours so you can access our Live Chat service directly from the Plan Partners website and get instant responses to your queries 8am-8pm AEDT Monday to Friday. 

How to use the Live Chat

To use our Live Chat, follow these three simple steps:

  1. Click the 'Chat with an Expert' button on our website – you can find this in the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Enter your name and email address and select what your enquiry is about and click Let’s Chat. You’ll be connected with a member of our team.
  3. Chat with us by typing in the text entry box and clicking send. That’s it!

Top Tip: You don’t need to take notes during your chat, just click on the three lines next to the text entry box, select Save Transcript and you’ll get a digital copy of the chat.

When can I use Live Chat?

Live Chat is available during business hours 9am-5pm AEDT Monday to Friday. Outside of these times, you’ll be able to leave a message and we'll contact you as soon as possible.
