How does Live Chat work?

Our new Live Chat connects you with a member of our friendly team who can answer your questions within minutes. And because you’re chatting with a real person and not a robot, you can have a genuine and natural conversation, like you normally would over the phone.

Our Live Chat is perfect for NDIS participants, carers or family members, service providers, Support Coordinators, or anyone who has a question about the NDIS, NDIS plans, or our services.

How to use the Live Chat

To use our Live Chat, follow these three simple steps:

  1. Click the Let’s Chat Now button on our website – you can find this in the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Enter your name and email address and select what your enquiry is about and click Let’s Chat. You’ll be connected with a member of our customer service team.
  3. Chat with us by typing in the text entry box and clicking send. That’s it!

Top Tip: You don’t need to take notes during your chat, just click on the three lines next to the text entry box, select Save Transcript and you’ll get a digital copy of the chat.

When can I use Live Chat?

Live Chat is available during business hours 9am-5pm AEST Monday to Friday. Outside of these times, you’ll be able to leave a message and one of our team will contact you as soon as possible.
