What is your role with Plan Partners?
As Head of Customer Operations and Performance, I’m lucky enough to lead a team of exceptional individuals that work tirelessly every day to support our customers and service providers. Our team aims to not just provide excellence in customer service, but also to lead the way in educating stakeholders in all things NDIS. We problem solve, we get to the bottom of issues, and we try out hardest to make sure that we deliver on what we promise.
What did you do before Plan Partners?
I worked for a multinational financial services organisation for close to 15 years, holding many roles including Relationship Manager and Executive Assistant. I learnt a lot there that I now put into practice every day at Plan Partners, such as how to get the best out of people and harness their talents to achieve a common goal.
What has been your favourite Plan Partners moment?
Moving into our new office in Richmond. I spent a good 6 months on the search for the ideal location for our new home and worked closely with our builders to make sure that we were creating not only a great place to work in, but an inviting place for our Customers and Service Providers to visit us.
What drives you?
Knowing that I have a team that works wonders to help NDIS participants reach their goals. It’s always excellent to hear stories about what the team has done to determine what’s reasonable and necessary and get those goods or services delivered. We celebrate those NDIS milestones every day and want to keep seeing even more goals being met.
What advice would you give someone starting their NDIS journey?
Don’t be afraid to ask questions and find out exactly what’s possible for you. Whether it be to your LAC, the NDIS or us here at Plan Partners, there is a lot of help out there - you just need to ask.
