What is your role with Plan Partners?
I’m a Customer Support Officer, so I make sure all our customers and service providers are given the support and guidance they need. I’m also the Health and Wellbeing Ambassador for the NSW team – a role that I’m very passionate about.
What did you do before Plan Partners?
Before Plan Partners I worked as a Service Coordinator for an organisation that provides services to people with disability and elders in aged care.
What has been your favourite Plan Partners moment?
One moment that stands out is when I was presented with an internal award for going above and beyond to support our customers. Not only was it great to win an award, this really made me proud to work for an organisation who cares for NDIS participants and encourages its staff to do everything they can to help them on their NDIS journey.
What drives you?
Knowing that my job makes a real difference to people’s lives is an amazing feeling. It’s also great to be a part of such a fantastic team of supportive, like-minded individuals who are all working hard to improve the community.
What advice would you give someone starting their NDIS journey?
Take your time when selecting a service provider and make sure they not only understand your needs but also the NDIS system.
