I love that every day for me is different! My role allows me to be out and about in my community, talking all things plan management at Plan Partners.

I’m incredibly lucky to be supported to assist our support coordinators and providers every day, and given the opportunity to be flexible and work outside the box when it comes to helping our participants with the supports they need.

My role can include various tasks. It can be running Lunch & Learn sessions for our B2B audience, with new info sessions every month; to running community events for support coordinators to learn, and meet with other providers in the community.

At the heart of it, it is to provide support, guidance and education for the providers that assist our participants every day, from showing them how to use our Dashboard, Tools and Resources, or escalating invoices that are needed for our participants.

Outside of work, I’m always looking forward to my next overseas trip. I love to travel and visit new places – I don’t like to go the same place twice (unless its Bali for a quick and cheap holiday).

Other than that, I love going to see live music - concerts and festivals, or sit at home reading a good fantasy novel.
