Before joining Plan Partners, I worked in automotive finance as a Business Manager, and I’ve held a range of operations and partnership roles across the McMillan Shakespeare Group since 2017.
I’m passionate about removing barriers, simplifying complex processes, and delivering continuous system improvements that create better experiences for our teams and customers. What I enjoy most about product management is bringing people together, understanding the challenges they face and turning those insights into improvements that make a genuine difference.
When I first joined Plan Partners, a colleague at the time shared something that has always stayed with me: never underestimate the impact of the small things we do. Every invoice we process, improvement we make and conversation we have is an opportunity to reduce an administrative burden or make someone’s day a little easier. That perspective continues to shape how I approach my work and reminds me that even small changes can have real value for the people we support.
I’m grateful to work alongside an incredible team of people who are committed to achieving better outcomes for participants and providers.
Outside work, I volunteer with animal welfare organisations and enjoy performing, musical theatre, shopping and spending time with my fur babies.
