My journey with the business began in 2022 as a Support Coordinator, before progressing into a Team Leader role and now stepping into Operations Management.
Throughout my career, I’ve always been drawn to roles that focus on helping people live meaningful and fulfilling lives. Through my own lived experience, I developed a strong sense of responsibility and compassion, which has shaped the type of work I’ve always wanted to do and continues to inspire me every day.
Before joining Plan Partners, I worked with national charity organisations in fundraising and event management. Those roles gave me the opportunity to build strong relationships, support important causes, and create positive outcomes for communities across Australia. The transition into the disability sector felt like a natural progression, allowing me to combine my passion for people with meaningful, purpose-driven work.
Outside of work, I’m a busy mum of two, and much of my life revolves around creating memorable experiences for my family. My children are involved in all kinds of activities, from sport to dancing/performing, so one of my favourite roles is being their biggest cheerleader on the sidelines. When I manage to find a spare moment for me, you'll usually find me with my nose in my kindle, a coffee in hand, or catching up with my mum (my partner in crime). And when the stars align and the group chat delivers, nothing beats sharing a few margaritas and a dance with my girls.
