Plan Partners began in 2017 with just four people working out of a tiny office in Blacktown, Sydney.
Today, we’re one of Australia’s leading providers of plan management and support coordination with five offices across Australia, supporting thousands of customers with their plans and funding.

In 2025, we launched our Accessibility and Inclusion Plan - the first step of an ongoing and proactive approach to enhance accessibility and inclusion across all aspects of our business - our people, workplaces, products and services.
Committed to Reconciliation
Our Reconciliation Action Plan marks the formal commitment by Plan Partners (with our parent company MMS) to contribute towards national reconciliation in Australia. Part of our broader vision to engrain sustainability, accessibility and inclusion across the Group, this important Plan details the practical steps we’ll be taking to cultivate relationships with, and respect and opportunities for, First Nations Australians.
