Plan Management Partners rebrands

On May 4 2018, leading provider of NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination, Plan Management Partners, announced a comprehensive rebranding and name change to Plan Partners.

The rebranding is accompanied by the launch of a new Customer Charter, which formally outlines the business’ commitments to its customers.
Plan Partners CEO, Sean Dempsey, says the new name and branding better encapsulates the scope of services offered, and is a natural extension of the deep relationship it has with its customers.

“As the subtlety of the name change suggests, this rebrand is more of an evolution than a revolution. It essentially formalises what we’ve been offering NDIS participants since we first launched in 2016,” Mr Dempsey said.

“Every element of the rebrand is designed to emphasise what we tell our customers - that we’re there for them at every step of their NDIS journey. This approach is highlighted in our new logo, which represents two people linked together, in  partnership, showing we’re not just on people’s side – we’re by their side.”

Plan Partners’ new customer charter puts into writing what it promises to deliver to its customers and establishes benchmarks that these promises can be measured against.

“Our team are dedicated to helping people bring their NDIS plans to life, so they can focus on living the life they want. Introducing a formal charter not only tells our customers we’re serious about what we do, it also drives us to stay focussed and to keep improving and evolving as a business,” Mr Dempsey said.

“Customer charters are a rarity in this sector, and Plan Partners are pleased to be leading the way by introducing ours and, once again, letting our customers know that they come first.”

As part of the rebrand, Plan Partners also launched its new website, from which it publishes news and blog posts explaining various elements of the NDIS.

Plan Partners will also soon be launching a new online Dashboard for their customers, service providers and support coordinators. Accessible via the Plan Partners’ website, the dashboard will give around the clock access to all Plan Partners account information.
