Plan Partners' statement on COVID-19

At Plan Partners, we have put measures in place in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). At this stage, we'll continue to deliver our services as usual and support you with your enquiries about your NDIS plan, invoices and budgets.

Following the advice from the government, NDIS and medical experts, we are temporarily suspending face-to-face Support Coordination meetings and offering phone or video meetings instead, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our Support Coordination customers and team.

For our Plan Management customers and service providers

Currently, there's no disruption to our Plan Management services and our ability to process invoices for our service providers.

We encourage you to continue to reach out to our team if you have any questions about your NDIS plan or budgets - simply give us a call on 1300 333 700 or leave your details here and we’ll get back to you.

For our Support Coordination customers

Following the advice from the government, NDIS and medical experts, we are temporarily suspending face-to-face Support Coordination meetings and replacing them with phone or video meetings instead, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our Support Coordination customers and team. 

Over the next week, one of the Plan Partners team will call you to explain how the new meetings will work and answer any questions you have. Of course, you can also contact your Support Coordinator directly or our team should you have any immediate concerns or questions.

Please be aware that over the coming weeks or months, some service providers might find it necessary to reduce the supports they offer in order to minimise face-to-face contact. We recommend that you speak to your service providers about their plans, so you can be prepared. Should this affect you directly, our Support Coordination team will do everything they can to find and connect you with a suitable replacement.

We'll continue to keep a close eye on the situation and the latest advice from the government. If we make any further changes to how we deliver our services, we will share the details on our website, online Dashboards and social media channels.
