Plan Supporter

"I have really enjoyed collaborating with a skilled team to explore new and innovative ways to improve how we do things."

What is your role with Plan Partners?

As a Plan Supporter, I play a key role in reviewing and processing our customers' invoices, helping ensure they’re paid as quickly and accurately as possible. I also communicate with service providers to help resolve any invoicing issues and ensure they are keeping within the NDIS guidelines.

What did you do before Plan Partners?

Before joining the Plan Partners team, I worked as an Administrator in the financial sector handling accounts, working with clients and providing efficient business support to management. This experience has been valuable in my transition to Plan Partners.

What has been your favourite Plan Partners moment?

There has been so many! Most recently, I have really enjoyed collaborating with a skilled team to explore new and innovative ways to improve how we do things. This helps us evolve so that we can continue to give our customers and service providers the best possible services. It’s been a challenging yet rewarding experience, and I have learnt a great deal both professionally and personally.

What drives you?

I am driven by a passion for the work we do. It’s incredibly inspiring to be part of a supportive team of like-minded individuals who share a sense of purpose, and truly want to help people with a disability realise their potential and achieve their goals. It’s such a rewarding experience to see all our hard work come together to make a real difference in people’s lives.

What advice would you give someone starting their NDIS journey?

Don’t be afraid to ask questions! The NDIS might seem overwhelming at times, but we are here to support you and help you navigate the system. By discovering how the NDIS can benefit you, you will get the most out of your NDIS journey. Remember, this is about you achieving your goals.
