<p><strong>[00:00:18]</strong> A handy navigation bar gives quick and easy access to all your Dashboard features.</p>

<p><strong>[00:00:23]</strong> In My Plan you have an up-to-date snapshot of your budgets and spending for each of your Core, Capital and Capacity Building Supports.</p>

<p><strong>[00:00:32]</strong> See how much you’ve spent, how much you have available to spend and, if applicable, how much you have allocated to providers under your service agreements.</p>

<p><strong>[00:00:41]</strong> You have the option to view as a percentage or dollar amount and you can click on your Core, Capital or Capacity Building tabs to filter information to each of these categories.</p>

<p><strong>[00:00:51]</strong> To make things even easier, you get a timeline to show how far you are into your plan – right down to the day.</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:01]</strong> Get paid back for out-of-pocket costs next day!</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:04]</strong> Under My Invoices, get a status of all your invoices and reimbursements processed by us, and submit new reimbursements for out-of-pocket expenses.</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:15]</strong> The quickest way to get reimbursed is through FastPayment.</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:19]</strong> Simply enter your reimbursement details directly in your Dashboard and click submit when you're finished.</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:23]</strong> It really is as easy as that!</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:29]</strong> Total transparency.</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:33]</strong> You have access to the details of every invoice or reimbursement, including when payment is expected, or the reason why payment may be delayed.</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:42]</strong> From My Invoices, you can access the proof of payment and the original invoice – not just a replica.</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:48]</strong> You can also add personal notes, visible only to you, to remind yourself what the invoice or reimbursement is for.</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:56]</strong> And at all times, you have full control over how your invoices are approved – we can do it for you, or you can choose to approve them yourself.</p>

<p><strong>[00:02:03]</strong> Just head into My Profile and scroll down to ‘invoice preferences’.</p>

<p><strong>[00:02:09]</strong> You’re also able to see all the people who have access to your Dashboard here.</p>

<p><strong>[00:02:14]</strong> Keep a check on Service Agreements.</p>

<p><strong>[00:02:20]</strong> Your Dashboard allows you to easily view all the service agreements you have in place with providers.</p>

<p><strong>[00:02:26]</strong> You can see how much you've spent and how much you have allocated under each service agreement.</p>

<p><strong>[00:02:31]</strong> You can request to have funds released if you no longer want them committed to a particular service or support.</p>

<p><strong>[00:02:40]</strong> We're here to support you.</p>

<p><strong>[00:02:44]</strong> At any point while using your Dashboard, you can submit an enquiry to our team and we’ll respond by email as quickly as we can.</p>

How do I get access to Plan Management or Support Coordination?

How do I access my dashboard for the first time?

Best way is to get in touch with one of our friendly Customer Service Officers and they will set you up. Contact us in a way that suits you.

How do I login to my dashboard?

If you’re an existing Dashboard user, simply head to the login page on our website, enter the email address you used to create your account as your ID, and create a new password to login.

Passwords need to be a minimum of 8 characters including letters and numbers and you cannot reuse any of your last 3 passwords.

If you’re a new user, please contact us and one of our friendly Customer Service Officers will assist you.

Which internet browser should I use?

For the best possible experience while using your Dashboard, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser. Internet Explorer or Edge doesn't support our Dashboards as well.

Please contact us to organise access for another person to use your Dashboard. Alternatively, you can send us your consent using the Support Coordinator Consent Form via email to [email protected].

Once you have organised access, you can keep track of all the people who have access in your Profile under My Team in your Dashboard.

How do I approve an invoice?

You have full control over how your invoices are approved with three different options available. Just log in, head to Invoice Preferences in My Profile and choose the option that suits you.

To approve an invoice in your Dashboard, go to My Invoices and click on the relevant invoice to manually approve. You’ll see you can search for invoices by Provider, date, number or status. You can change your preference at any time.

How do I submit a reimbursement?

Invoices can be emailed to [email protected], or uploaded via your Plan Partners Dashboard.

When will I get reimbursed?

Please allow for up to 7 business days for processing, which includes the NDIA review and processing time of 1-5 days. Once this process is complete, funds may take an additional 2 days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

If you submit your reimbursement via our FastPayment service and your payment could be processed 1-2 business days faster than invoices submitted via reimbursement (which we have to manually process).

One of the great things about your Dashboard is you get detailed live statuses for your reimbursements. You can save time by seeing what’s happening behind the scenes through your Dashboard.
