<p><strong>[00:00:18]</strong> <em>Speaker (Host):</em> A handy navigation bar gives quick access to all your Dashboard features.</p>

<p><strong>[00:00:23]</strong> <em>Speaker (Host):</em> On your Home Page, you have an instant snapshot of all your invoices and payments processed with us.</p>

<p><strong>[00:00:30]</strong> <em>Speaker (Host):</em> See the total amount paid to you for the current financial year and the number of invoices still in progress.</p>

<p><strong>[00:00:35]</strong> <em>Speaker (Host):</em> You can also see how many customers are assigned to you in your Dashboard, and the service agreements you have in place with those customers.</p>

<p><strong>[00:00:44]</strong> <em>Speaker (Host):</em> Simply head to your navigation bar, or scroll down to see a history of all your invoices processed with us.</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:21]</strong> <em>Speaker (Host):</em> Fast Payment automatically processes your invoice and checks for discrepancies, allowing for next-day payment if approved by the customer and NDIA and submitted by 2pm.</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:33]</strong> <em>Speaker (Host):</em> Simply enter your invoice details directly in your Dashboard and click submit when you're finished.</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:39]</strong> <em>Speaker (Host):</em> If you need to access price limits or line item details, you can click on the support or service name and get these details instantly from our Price Guide Navigator.</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:49]</strong> <em>Speaker (Host):</em> Another great thing about using FastPay is that you can create invoices from ready-made templates in a fraction of the time.</p>

<p><strong>[00:01:54]</strong> <em>Speaker (Host):</em> Create and save as many templates as you like and customise them with a name and description for easy recognition.</p>

How do I access my dashboard for the first time?

Best way is to get in touch with one of our friendly Customer Service Officers and they will set you up. Contact us in a way that suits you.

How do I log in to my dashboard?

If you’re an existing Dashboard user, simply head to the login page on our website, enter the email address you used to create your account as your ID, and create a new password to login.

Passwords need to be a minimum of 8 characters including letters and numbers and you cannot reuse any of your last 3 passwords.

If you’re a new user, please contact us and one of our friendly Customer Service Officers will assist you.

Which internet browser should I use?

For the best possible experience while using your Dashboard, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser. Internet Explorer or Edge doesn't support our Dashboards as well.

How do I submit an invoice?

You can submit an invoice in two ways:

  1. The first option is via your  Plan Partners Dashboard, which automatically processes invoice details and checks if the information is correct. All you have to do is enter your invoice details directly in your Dashboard and click submit when you’re finished.
  2. You can also email us your invoice to [email protected], the choice is yours.

When will I get paid?

Please allow for up to 7 business days for processing, which includes the NDIA review and processing time of 1-5 days. Once this process is complete, funds may take an additional 2 days to reach your account, depending on your bank.  You can view detailed live statuses for your invoices via your Dashboard, it's a great way to keep up to date with how your invoices are progressing.

How do I know what line item to enter

Our Price Guide Navigator provides line item details for you in one simple search. You can search by product, service, NDIS code or a simple keyword, like cleaning.

Are my prices within the NDIA pricing arrangements?

Our Price Guide Navigator provides the current NDIA price limits for supports or services, so you can check you’re not overcharging. There’s also a quick calculator within this tool, should you need to calculate the cost for multiple items to schedule supports.

Can I delete an invoice once it has been submitted?

You can’t delete an invoice through your Dashboard once it’s been submitted. If you need to delete an invoice, please contact us.
