What is plan management?

A plan manager like Plan Partners takes care of all your NDIS admin, including making sure your service providers are paid accurately and on time.

Having us as your NDIS plan manager is a bit like having your accountant helping you with your finances (only we're fully funded by the NDIS). You keep full control over your budgets, but we take care of your NDIS invoices, and our Customer Care Team will support you to better manage your NDIS funds and spending.

How do I know if I have plan management in my NDIS plan?

Plan management comes under Capacity Building supports and Improved Life Choices in your plan. If you don't have it, you can request it from your LAC or NDIA representative. It's your right to have it if you want it.

What’s the difference between unregistered and registered providers?

The NDIS asks service providers to register with them because only registered providers can claim their invoices with the NDIS directly. But not all providers choose to do so and there are some great unregistered providers, which you only have access to if you self-manage your funds or have a plan manager like us.
