We’ve just launched our new Dashboards with lots of handy extra features and greater visibility than ever - we couldn’t be more excited. Whether you’re one of our support coordinators, service providers or plan managed customers – you have your own Dashboard, tailored to your needs to make your journey with Plan Partners and the NDIS as easy as possible.
With our new Dashboards, support coordinators can work more closely with participants, participants have greater control and visibility over their NDIS funds, and service providers know when to expect payment to manage cashflow. And because it’s available on mobile or desktop, you can get the information you need – 24/7.

For Plan Partners’ plan managed customers:
- A snapshot of your spending in relation to where you are in your plan – right down to the day
- Option to submit reimbursements
- Live status updates for all your invoices and reimbursements processed with Plan Partners, including any action needed and when payment is expected

- Add personal notes for each invoice or reimbursement to remind yourself what they are for - visible only to you
- Release funds allocated to a particular support or service under a service agreement at the click of a button!

*For payment the next day, invoices and reimbursements need to be submitted through FastPayment in your Dashboard. Payment can take up to 2 days to reach an account, depending on your bank.
