Through two dedicated services, NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination, Plan Partners offer a true partnership where you can rely on our NDIS expertise, the latest tools and unwavering support to achieve your goals.
Both services are fully funded by the NDIS, with no out-of-pocket cost to you, and for eligible participants you can access plan management and/or support coordination at any time during your NDIS plan.
I am looking for
NDIS Plan Management
Dealing with the paperwork for your NDIS plan can take a lot of time - somewhere between 5 and 20 hours each week. With Plan Partners on your team, we’ll look after all the admin work for you, processing every invoice and making every payment.
You’ll keep full control over your funds and supports, while we handle the paperwork. Keeping you, your NDIS plan, and your support team on track and running smoothly.
Support Coordination
Support Coordination is a ‘Capacity Building’ support, which means it’s designed to help you build the skills and confidence to manage your own NDIS plan and supports.
As your Support Coordinator, we'll help you gain control over your NDIS plan, which can be especially important for those new to the NDIS.
