Send us your artwork and celebrate IDPwD

Calling all artists, painters, sketchers and scribblers. To help celebrate International Day of People with Disability 2025 (IDPwD), we’re running an Unstoppable art competition for all Plan Partners customers, and we want YOUR artwork. 

Simply send in or upload a picture of your artwork via the entry form below. 

The competition has three age categories with a prize of $500 for the winner of each age category (under 12, 13-17 and 18+) and each winner will also receive a printed copy of our Art Unlimited: Issue 1 book.

All artwork will be displayed at our Inaugural Art Unlimited Exhibition to be held in Melbourne, shared on the Plan Partners website, social channels and featured in our Art Unlimited digital eBook.

The Theme: Unstoppable 

The theme for this year’s competition is “Unstoppable”, highlighting the strength, resilience, and courage of people with disability, what makes you unstoppable?  

Let your artwork reflect this theme however you see appropriate!

Art Unlimited “Unstoppable” Competition – Terms and Conditions 

1. Eligibility 

1.1 Entry is open to all Plan Partners customers 

1.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Plan Partners are not eligible to enter. 

1.3 By submitting an entry, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Entry Requirements 

2.1 Entries must be the original and unaided work of the entrant and must not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or moral rights. 

2.2 Each entrant may submit one artwork in any of the accepted mediums: - Any form  of visual art, including digital illustration and mixed media

2.3 Entries must be received by Friday 14 November at 5:00pm. Late entries will not be accepted. 

2.4 Artworks must not contain offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory material and must be suitable for public display. 

2.5 The entrant warrants that their entry does not breach any applicable law and that all statements made in connection with the entry are true and accurate. 

3. Intellectual Property and Licensing 

3.1 The entrant retains ownership and copyright in their artwork. 

3.2 By submitting an entry, the entrant grants Plan Partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, and communicate images of the artwork (with attribution to the artist) for the purposes of: 

  • promoting and administering the competition; 

  • promotion on Plan Partners social media channels 

  • exhibiting the artworks; and 

  • promoting future art programs, events, or competitions run by Plan Partners. 

3.3 Entrants acknowledge that images of artworks may be used in promotional materials, social media, and media releases without further consent or payment. 

4. Judging and Awards 

4.1 The competition may include a People’s Choice Award. 

4.2 The People’s Choice Award will be determined through a vote by Plan Partners staff members, who will evaluate entries based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the competition theme. Each staff member is entitled to one vote only. 

4.3 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for an alternate prize. 

4.4 Plan Partners reserves the right not to award a prize if the judging panel determines that the quality of entries does not meet the required standard. 

4.5 Each winning entrant will receive a $500 gift card or equivalent prize as determined by Plan Partners. The prize is not redeemable for cash. 

5. Exhibition and Handling of Artwork 

5.1 Selected artworks may be displayed at the Plan Partners offices – 360 Elizabeth St Melbourne from Monday 1 December to Friday 5 December. 

5.2 Entrants are responsible for all costs associated with the delivery and collection of their artwork if they do not submit their entry online. Artwork may be submitted at the entrants own cost to Plan Partners, Level 19, 360 Elizabeth St Melbourne 3000.  

5.3 While all reasonable care will be taken, Plan Partners accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to any artwork while in its possession or during transit. Entrants are encouraged to arrange their own insurance if desired. 

5.4 Artworks not collected by Wednesday 17 December will be considered forfeited or may be disposed of at the discretion of Plan Partners. 

6. Privacy and Personal Information 

6.1 Plan Partners collects personal information from entrants solely for the purpose of administering the competition and associated exhibitions. 

6.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Plan Partners Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. You can find the Plan Partners Privacy Policy here 

6.3 By entering the competition, entrants consent to their first name, artwork title, and images being used for promotional and publicity purposes as outlined in clause 3. 

7. Liability 

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan Partners and its officers, employees, and agents exclude all liability (including negligence) for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the competition or exhibition. 

8. General 

8.1 Plan Partners reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition at any time if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control. 

8.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
