If you can see you have plan management in your plan - great! You're ready to sign up with Plan Partners. Plan management is fully funded by the NDIS, so there are no costs to you.

Don't have plan management?

If you don't have plan management in your plan, you simply have to request it from your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) or NDIA representative. To make it easy for you, we have a handy template you can download to complete and send to them.
