We thought we’d share some FAQs about the Dashboard to help everyone spend less time on the phone and get more time back in their day!
Can I use the Dashboard on any device?
Your Dashboard is available on all major devices, including mobile, iPad and tablet, so you have 100% flexibility wherever you choose to view it.
How do I get access to my Dashboard?
If you have participants who are plan managed with Plan Partners, you can set up your account using the below 3 steps:

Visit the login page on our website.

Request to reset your password using the email address you set up your Plan Partners account with.

Follow the instructions in the email and log in to the dashboard.

How do I log into my Dashboard?
If you’re an existing Dashboard user, simply head to the login page on our website, enter the email address you used to create your account as your ID, and create a new password to login.
Passwords need to be a minimum of 8 characters including letters and numbers and you can’t reuse any of your last 3 passwords.
If you’re a new user, please follow the 3 steps above under ‘How do I get access to my Dashboard?’
Which internet browser should I use?
For the best possible experience while using your Dashboard, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser. Internet Explorer doesn't support our Dashboards as well.
How do I submit an invoice?
You can submit an invoice in two ways:
The fastest option is through FastPayment in your Dashboard, which automatically processes invoice details and checks information is correct. All you have to do is enter your invoice details directly in your Dashboard and click submit when you’re finished. One of the great benefits of using FastPayment, is you can create invoices from ready-made templates (created by you) in a fraction of the time.
You can also email your invoice to [email protected]. This way takes a little longer for us to process, as we have to manually check and validate all details.
When will I get paid?
Please allow for up to 7 business days for processing, which includes the NDIA review and processing time of 1-5 days. Once this process is complete, funds may take an additional 2 days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
If you submit your invoice via our FastPayment service and your payment could be processed 1-2 business days faster than invoices submitted via reimbursement (which we have to manually process).
The handy thing about your Dashboard is you get detailed live statuses for your invoices. Save time by seeing what’s happening behind the scenes with each invoice through your Dashboard.
If you email us your invoice, it can take several days to process payment because we have to manually check and validate the details.
How do I know what line item to enter?
Our Price Guide Navigator provides line-item details for you in one simple search. You can search by product, service, NDIS code or a simple keyword, like gardening.
Are my prices within the NDIA pricing arrangements?
Our Price Guide Navigator provides the current NDIA price limits for supports or services, so you can check you’re not overcharging. There’s also a quick calculator within this tool, should you need to calculate the cost for multiple items to schedule supports.
If you use our FastPayment option to submit invoices, it lets you know the maximum price and whether you are charging above the current NDIA price limit.
Can I delete an invoice once it’s been submitted?
You can’t delete an invoice through your Dashboard once it’s been submitted. If you need to delete an invoice, please get in touch with us via the live chat button below.
